Yoshimura Sensei's Japanese class performed a skit about riding the train, with complete conductor announcements. Tom, standing, is a conductor, and the others are passengers.
The passengers exhibited all the behaviors commonly seen on trains, including eating, chatting, and make-up application, to the audience's great delight.
Eventually, the skit gave way to Brian performing as Hirai Ken, a popular singer, with full back-up by the passengers.
Hey Hey Bon Bon, the rock band made up of Craig, Sam, were joined at their last performance by Mr. Sato, Sam's host father.
Doug and Mr. Sato. Songs performed included "We'll meet again."
Near the end of the party, Ozgur spoke on behalf of the students, thanking all the families and the AKP staff and faculty for making this year possible.
Brian presents flowers to Professor Nagel, and Naomi presents flowers to Professor Atherton.
Students then presented the each of the AKP staff with memory books with a page by each student, and flowers. At left is Satake-san and then Watanabe-san.
