Students went on a field trip to the wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) shop Oimatsu to attend a sweets making workshop!
They learned how to knead the dough made from sweet beans into traditional flower shapes, and even made a few original designs!
Afterwards, everyone ate their creations with matcha green tea. Yum!
