Fall 2022 Topic Discussions (Elective Japanese Class) #2

Today we talked about the topic most requested by our AKP students: food culture.

While the discussion was about the differences between the food culture of students’ home countries and Japan’s, they also talked about things like differences in their cafeteria menus and soul foods. Since many students are living in apartments and cooking for themselves this semester, there was also discussion about daily eating habits and home-cooked meals they were proud of.
